My stay at Bhundhari Resort & Villas Samui was a mixed experience. The views from my luxury pool villa were amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly (always smiling!). However, the resort was in desperate need of maintenance, and some facilities were underwhelming, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

I was thrilled to be upgraded to a luxury pool villa that offered stunning ocean views, but I found the room itself to be slightly worn and not as clean as I expected. The outdoor shower was a good feature, though.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, greeting me warmly upon arrival and assisting with buggy rides around the steep resort. However, there were moments of confusion regarding services, which could have been organized better.

The resort is situated on a steep hill, which made walking around a challenge. I often relied on the buggy service for transportation, particularly to get back to my room. Chaweng town was just a short taxi ride away, which was convenient for dining out.

The service was friendly, but I encountered issues with cleanliness and a disorganized experience that overshadowed my time there.

The villa was in poor condition with worn furnishings and my view was obstructed. Upon arrival, I found bugs and stains on the bed sheets, which was unacceptable. I even had no hot water for a couple of days. Overall, the room felt neglected.
